Management:

• Maurice Wills, our President and General Manager, has been actively working in the aircraft propeller MRO environment for over 30 Years. He has personally worked in every aspect of the overhaul process.

• As well as a current P (propeller license), Maurice also holds a valid NDT level I and II license. He has been involved in the management side of prop shops for over 25 years.

Maurice's management philosophy is to provide superior service and unsurpassed quality and to operate on the principles of honesty and integrity for ensuring long term relationships.
