We are very proud of the staff at Canadian Propeller. We

Maurice Wills, President &
GM
Maurice only knows the aviation business. He started working on
props at the tender age
of sixteen! It’s a good thing that he loves it; because he
eats, sleeps and works aviation.
Maurice is also setting a new record for obtaining a PPL. Just ask
him about it.

Bryon Duncan, Quality Assurance & NDT Technician
Bryon is our resident NDT expert! From prop components to brakes
& wheels,
he inspects them all. You can often see him on the Trade Show circuit,
as well.

Robert McGeachy, Production &
Propeller Technician
Although listed as a prop guy, we welcome Rob’s extensive
computer
& IT knowledge. He is a great all around shop technician and
knows Hartzell
props literally inside & out.

David Richens, Senior Propeller Technician
Dave is one of the quietest but most respected & experienced
prop
technicians in our shop (possibly in Canada) We all value his opinion
& expertise.

Also known as our “blade magician”, Gerry takes special
care with your blades and fixed pitches. Be sure to ask him for
a tour of our shop when you are in Winnipeg.

Chad Howells, Technician & Machinist
Our youngest staff member, Chad brings enthusiasim to our group.
Having had machining & Aerospace experience since 1993, he has
mastered our new generation lathes & mills.

Lindsay Kennedy, Administrative Assistant &
Secretary
Lindsay wears many “ hats” at our company and you often
hear her bubbly voice answering the phone. She brings many years
of office experience to our company and has
been an asset to Canadian Propeller for over 7years.

Debbie Wills, Office Manager
& Treasurer
Maurice says Debbie is our company watchdog, but she actually oversees
the accounting and loves the marketing aspect of the business. Debbie
co-started the company over 16 years ago and brings a Degree in
Business Administration to Canadian Propeller.
